It feels like this might be a normal summer. Like the ones before the pandemic. Maybe people will be on the beaches and in the bars and at the poolside. Perhaps there will be lots of warm weather and we can make lovely memories of glorious sunsets and meals with loves ones and families.
But there might be queues at airports, choked motorways, and resorts that have so many people we can't easily get around; accommodation so expensive that we can't afford to eat out...
It feels like this might be a normal summer. Let's hope it is in all the right ways.
